Each
package will vary in length. Every client will receive 3 to 1 supervised
training. This is to ensure that each client receives proper technical
attention. Appointments are scheduled at 1 hour intervals two times
per week. Initial fitness testing is completed in order for our
specialists to customize and periodize your conditioning program.
We also offer nutrition counseling for those who are concerned with
weight loss, weight gain, or weight maintenance.
We also offer one-on-one personal training. Rates will vary according
to length and program outline. Please contact a conditioning specialist
for more information.
